Do you charge per user?
No. Every worker should be able to report, so reporters are never paid seats. One flat price per plant covers everyone, from the frontline to the plant manager.
Is the pilot really free?
Yes. The 30-day pilot is a real production rollout at one plant, with onboarding included, at no charge. You move to an annual plan only if you decide to continue.
Are there implementation fees?
No. Onboarding is included, and plants go live in days, not months.
Do you charge per module?
Not for the core product. All six safety modules, from near-miss reporting to dashboards, are included in the plant price. The one optional add-on is the Employee Suggestion Scheme module, priced as a one-time module fee per plant, never per user.
Annual or monthly?
Annual, billed in USD. It matches how plants budget.
Can it run in our own cloud?
Yes. Raven Incident runs in our cloud or deployed in your own cloud, at the same per-plant price. We will scope your deployment model at the demo.
What about larger or multi-plant deployments?
